Free Motion Quilting Challenge – March

This month’s (March) Free Motion Quilting Challenge teacher was Ann Fahl.  She does beautiful work and I was fortunate to take a workshop from her last year.  One of the suggestions from her lesson on the FMQ challenge was to create a binder with design inspiration.  What a great idea!

So on the last day of the challenge (of course) I jumped on it!  Here’s mine:

I have been saving articles and pictures from magazines for years and now they have a real home! Organization at its best! Thank you Ann Fahl for the wonderful lesson and inspiration and thank you to Sew Cal Gal for hosting!

  1. i do one quilting design called hearts and flowers…its a free hand design that i learned to do years ago. i would put it here for you to see but do not know how to…thank you for your web site. mary crago

  2. I have been wanting to learn this skill for a long time. I can never find a class after 5:00 pm that fits my schedule. I have tried on my own but I am convinced I need a class by an expert!!! Good job! you are very talented.
