And the winners are….

I must tell you that I really enjoyed reading all of the comments from my Christmas in July Table Runner Tutorial.  It was fun playing Santa Claus and hearing what you would like to receive and/or give for Christmas.  The general consensus was anything handmade!

I have picked two winners from my giveaway.  Using the True Random Number Generator, the first winner is lucky #7, Julie in Tucson.  Julie said

i love your quilting. I would be thrilled to have the pattern. Thanks for sharing your talent with us!

Julie, you will be receiving a kit to make the table runner, including all of the trimmings!

And the second winner is #58, Vicki T.  She said,

My favorite gift to give this year is going to be placemats, possibly with matching napkins and if I can handle it, they will also receive my homemade candies and cookies too. My grandchildren I am going to make them each stockings since those never got done last year. Actually, my adult children desperately still need stockings as well so they may be getting them this year too.

I LOVE your table runner and that it takes minimal fabrics, plus can be easily adapted for anytime of the year. Thank you for such a wonderful tutorial.

Vicki, I will be sending you the book, Sew Merry and Bright: 20 Easy, Fun, and Festive Patterns, along with four fat quarters of holiday fabric:

Congratulations to you both; I have emailed you both to get your mailing addresses.  Thank you to everybody for your wonderful comments and support!  I read each and every one, but unlike Santa, I don’t have the resources to respond to each comment.  Where are my elves when I need them?
